Core Principles
Multi-Certified Inspectors
It might not be something you've stopped to think about. You might not see or know how it might affect youre bottom line. Single certified inspectors are plentiful. Single certified inspectors are limited in what they can do. Several companies employ single certified inspectors and drive up costs in having several inspectors accomplish what one mutli-certified inspector can do.
At Advantage 360 Inspection we only employ multi-certified inspectors who can accomplish much more, on a daily basis, than 2-3 inspectors can accomplish. This makes our operations more efficient, less time consuming and much easier overall. Enabling us to cut our operating costs and allowing us to pass those savings to you and your project.

On Site
When you partner with us, we will dedicate Multi-certified team members (based on the size of your project) to your project. They will remain a part of your project during the entire duration, from start to finish.
When you, your General Contractor and their Foremen/tradesmen meet our team members they can rest assured that they will not need to be introduced to any other team members (cutting out unecessary timely adjustments). Not only that, they can rest assured they are getting a solution driven team member and that they will not be dealing with seeing a "merry go round" of different faces, different attitudes and different outlooks.
This cuts costs down across all levels. Minimal Dispatching from your General Contractor, so they can focus on their real tasks. Simple communication lines. Quicker solutions. Faster results. Having the same team member(s) on site ensures a more efficient operation.

On Time
Our inspectors are Senior level Inspectors and will provide quality, solution driven service to ensure compliance and safety. Our Multi-Certified inspectors have established and reputable relationships with several local jurisdictions. We will always strive to help and be in contact with your local jurisdiction in order to ensure project timelines are met and kept.
Our inspectors will always value your time and the project timeline. Timely and efficient reports will be sent daily to project managers, engineers and jurisdictions.
You will have a : Dedicated, Solution driven, Multi-certified Inspector, "Boots on the ground", Team Player, on-site everyday providing efficient service that leads to completing your project in the timeline you need.

On Budget
At Advantage 360 Inspection our goal is to provide the most efficient and qualitative service possible. That goal is rooted in our desire to stay on budget. We don't like change orders as much as you.
The "360 Advantage" allows us to operate with a unique bidding/contract system that takes the guess work out of the estimating process. We believe the current standard is a bit antiquated and is in need of a simple but more efficient way. Our system adjusts to the unforeseen events that are sometimes inevitable. Our system adjusts to the General Contractors flow of pace. Our system embraces the complexity that is a construction project and its timeline. All while keeping costs steady.
